Payar Mezhukkupuratti (Yard Long Beans Stir-fry)
Payar or Yard long beans is available in light green and dark green versions. It's stir fry with onions is one of my favorites.

so perfect and yummy!!... Dear about the recipe for dried prawns.. i dont think its easy to make that here..if you happen to have an asian grocery store in ur area, they will definitely have this...
