Red Swiss Chard Thoran (Stir-fry with Coconut)


Red Swiss Chard tastes very similar to Kerala's Red Cheera (Red Amaranth or Hopi Red Dye Amaranth or Chinese Spinach). I love greens and this stir fry forms a nutricious side dish with rice.
