Chicken Ularthiyathu (Kerala Style Chicken Stir-fry)

A delicious chicken fry recipe from Kerala. Chicken is cooked and then stir-fried with onion, ginger, garlic, tomato and other freshly roasted spices. Serve with rice or chapathi.

wow! all mouth watering dishes from kerela .this chicken preparation reminds me of the days when we visit kumarakom restaurant and we always have chicken roasted with onions and tomato...which looks exactly like this pic u posted i'll definetly try it out...
